由于ADC非線性的影響,其輸出的頻譜中出現(xiàn)許多輸入信號(hào)的高次諧波,這些高次諧波分量稱為諧波失真分量,由此所造成的失真稱為諧波失真(THD,TotalHarmonicDistortion)。諧波失真和互調(diào)失真是兩個(gè)不同的概念,前者是對(duì)原信號(hào)波形的扭曲,即使是單一頻率信號(hào)通過(guò)ADC也會(huì)產(chǎn)生這種現(xiàn)象,而后者卻是不同頻率之間的互相干擾和影響。
度量ADC的諧波失真的方法很多,通常可利用離散傅里葉變換(DFT)測(cè)出各次諧波分量的大小。
全功率輸入帶寬(FullPowerAnalogInputBandwidth)是指當(dāng)ADC輸出信號(hào)幅度低于大輸出電平3dB時(shí)的輸入信號(hào)頻率范圍。一般采樣速率越高,全功率輸入帶寬就越寬。對(duì)于ADC而言,被采樣信號(hào)的帶寬必須在全功率輸入帶寬之內(nèi),否則在模擬輸入帶寬之外的頻率成分因衰減過(guò)多而無(wú)法正確地反映原始信號(hào)。
軟件無(wú)線電中通常采用的ADC和DAC的結(jié)構(gòu)包括以下4種類(lèi)型:
(1)并行結(jié)構(gòu),包括Flash-ADC和串狀DAC;
(2)分段結(jié)構(gòu),包括折疊內(nèi)插ADC和“分段”梯形DAC;
(3)迭代結(jié)構(gòu),包括分區(qū)ADC、流水線型ADC、逐次逼近型ADC;
(4)Σ-△結(jié)構(gòu),包括Σ-△ADC和DAC。
下面以ADC為例對(duì)以上幾種結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行介紹。
并行結(jié)構(gòu)
并行結(jié)構(gòu)的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換器的基本思想是:同時(shí)比較待轉(zhuǎn)換的信號(hào)電平與所有級(jí)別的量化電平之間的關(guān)系,在模擬信號(hào)和數(shù)字信號(hào)之間相互轉(zhuǎn)換。并行結(jié)構(gòu)所對(duì)應(yīng)的A/D和D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器件分別為Flash-ADC和串狀DAC。
