在選用變頻器之時(shí)，應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)實(shí)際所需的生產(chǎn)類型、調(diào)控區(qū)域、變頻器處于靜態(tài)時(shí)的速度精準(zhǔn)度以及變頻器在開啟轉(zhuǎn)矩時(shí)的要求，終選用合理控制方式的變頻器。而合理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)碼，一方面是變頻器的適用性，另一方面也應(yīng)當(dāng)注重其經(jīng)濟(jì)性，從而保證工藝與生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)性指標(biāo)與要求。在選用之時(shí)，控制電機(jī)極數(shù)常規(guī)狀態(tài)下應(yīng)當(dāng)不超過四級為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，不然變頻器容量便需要進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。在相同電機(jī)功率的狀態(tài)下，對比于超負(fù)載的轉(zhuǎn)矩控制模式，變頻器其規(guī)格能夠降額選用。為了能夠降低主電源的干擾源干擾，在應(yīng)用之時(shí)，可在中間區(qū)域段電路或是變頻器輸入電路里增設(shè)增加電感器，也可以裝設(shè)隔離變壓器。一般來說，一旦電機(jī)和變頻器的距離大于五十米的時(shí)候，應(yīng)當(dāng)在兩者之間串入電感器、電源EMI濾波器，也可以使用屏蔽電纜。

　　變頻器有不同的種類，要根據(jù)變頻器的額定功率的大小，額定電流，額定電壓，變頻器的過載能力及各項(xiàng)參數(shù)的使用要求，正確的選擇變頻器。一般情況下，普通的變頻器的基本功能都能滿足常規(guī)的使用要求，但是要視情況而定，比如說：變頻器運(yùn)行的大功率要根據(jù)負(fù)載和使用環(huán)境相應(yīng)的加大變頻器的容量。而且，有些特殊的行業(yè)還需要選擇相對專業(yè)的變頻器。

　　2.如何正確的安轉(zhuǎn)變頻器

　　要認(rèn)真的把使用說明書仔細(xì)的看看，并且按照說明書的要求接線。為了防止變頻器內(nèi)部的漏電引起電擊，要把變頻器裝置穩(wěn)定的接地，從而避免射頻干擾引起漏電。

　　3.運(yùn)行中的正確使用

　　（1）電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速在靠變頻器控制時(shí)，電機(jī)的噪音和溫升都比用工頻的時(shí)候要高。在電機(jī)低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，由于電機(jī)風(fēng)葉轉(zhuǎn)速低，電機(jī)的溫升變高，這種情況要注意適當(dāng)?shù)臏p低負(fù)載并且注意通風(fēng)冷卻，防止電機(jī)溫升超過限值。

　　（2）供電線路的阻抗要適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)大一些，在變頻器接入低壓電網(wǎng)的情況下，如果變頻器和離配電變壓器距離很近，或者配電變壓器的容量大于變頻器的容量的10倍左右時(shí)，回路阻抗如果太小的話，在投入的瞬間會對變頻器產(chǎn)生很大的涌流，直接損毀變頻器的整流元件。所以如果抗阻較小的話，就要在變壓器和變頻器之間加裝交流電抗器。
